Refund /Cancellation Policy

To cancel the orders placed, the customer can send a request to cancel/refund in the ‘Help’ section of the App.

Terms of & Cancellation/refund:

1. Logistics Charge applicable if the delivery executive has reached the location if the order is taken to our place and it has to be returned back.
2. In cases of no logistics involved, a 100% refund can be given. In 8-12 hours, the refund will be initiated to the original payment mode.
